If you newly enrolled in one of the Parsons medical plans on October 1, 2023 and later, please refer to the Wellness Activity Chart below for details on earning the 2024 credit.

How to Earn Your 2025 Wellness Credit

Medically enrolled employees before 10/1 can earn a $50 monthly wellness credit in 2025 by completing the two items below within the Live Well. Be Well. Sharecare platform from January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024:

  • Achieve 1,000 points by participating in rewardable activities and events.
    • Note: Medically enrolled employees will not begin accruing points until the annual physical exam is logged within the platform.
    • You can still track the completion of activities as they are completed. Once you log your annual physical exam, your points will be visible in the Sharecare system.
  • Complete an annual physical exam (50 points).
    • Dates of service for the annual exam must be between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024.

Additionally, eligible employees can qualify for prize drawings throughout the year by earning a minimum of 250 points each quarter. Visit Achieve > Rewards to see what rewardable activities are available and to track your progress.

*If program requirements are completed before 12/15/24 the 2025 wellness credit will start on January 3. If program requirements are completed between 12/16/24 – 12/31/24 the 2025 wellness credit will start on January 17.

Medically enrolled employees after 9/30 (including current employees who newly elect medical coverage for 1/1 during OE) can earn a partial 2025 wellness credit. Eligible employees can complete the requirements for the 2025 partial wellness credit starting 1/1/2025. Login into your Sharecare account for more details after 1/1.
