Important information about your 2024 wellness credit

In 2024, Parsons is increasing the Live Well. Be Well. wellness credit for employees enrolled in one of the Parsons medical plans from $30/month to $45/month.

What You Need To Do: To earn the $45 monthly credit towards your Parsons’ medical premium in 2024, complete the following two activities two activities no later than December 31, 2023.

  1. Complete Sharecare’s RealAge Test
    If you are already registered on the Sharecare site and have taken your RealAge Test, you’ll need to retake it for the 2024 plan year between August 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
  2. Obtain a physical exam. Employees must complete a physical exam with your primary care provider between July 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023. To receive credit, self-attest to this activity within the parsons.sharecare.com platform by December 31, 2023.

Please note that you must complete the two activities before the start of the plan year.  This is different than the current Live Well. Be Well. program requirements. Employees will not be able to receive the premium credit after the plan year begins in 2024. If you are considering enrolling in one of the Parsons’ medical plans during the annual open enrollment period this fall, you will have an opportunity to complete the required activities at a future date.  Additional information will be provided during open enrollment.
