2025 Benefits Open Enrollment is November 4 – November 17, 2024

While we are not making significant benefit plan changes for 2025, we are making some enhancements to make our benefits better for you.

The Optum Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is partnering with Calm to provide you with Premium access to the Calm app—the top-rated app for sleep, meditation, and relaxation—at no cost to you.

Recognizing that diabetes and weight management are chief health concerns for many Parsons employees, we’re introducing Teladoc—available at no cost to Anthem medical plan participants. For those grappling with prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, or weight management, Teladoc offers unlimited access to health monitoring devices, certified health coaches, and support from physicians and mental health specialists. After you enroll, you will be shipped a Welcome Kit that includes the appropriate connected device(s) for your condition, so you can begin your readings immediately. You’ll also have access to the member website, where you can personalize the program and access your readings. Learn more about Teladoc at teladochealth.com and in the 2025 Benefits Guide.

Many Parsons employees already access Anthem’s virtual care—available by video visit or chat—for health issues like allergies, colds, sinus infections, and more. Beginning January 1, you’ll be able to schedule virtual doctor appointments for routine care, such as wellness check-ins and prescription refills. You can also use Virtual Primary Care to get personalized care plans for chronic conditions, like asthma or diabetes. Virtual Primary Care is a great solution if you don’t yet have a relationship with a primary care doctor. You can choose an Anthem virtual primary care doctor and see that doctor virtually for all your personal health care needs, sick visits, regular check-ups, preventive care, on-going condition care, and referrals when needed. You can access LiveHealth Online through Anthem’s Sydney Health app. In the app, just go to Virtual Care, then select Urgent Care or Virtual Primary Care. Keep in mind, mental health support will continue to be available through LiveHealth Online, allowing you to talk to a therapist online if you are feeling anxious, depressed, or struggling to cope with problems at home or at work.

If you haven’t completed the required activities to earn the 2025 wellness credit of $50 per month, please do so by December 31, 2024. Learn more and check your status toward earning the 2025 credit at parsons.sharecare.com. As part of the Live Well. Be Well. program, employees enrolled in a Parsons medical plan can receive a $50 monthly wellness credit for the 2026 plan year. Beginning January 1, 2025, you can start to complete the activities that count toward the 2026 wellness credit. Between September 1, 2024 – November 30, 2025, get an annual physical and self-attest that you have taken this action on the Sharecare platform. Between January 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025 , complete wellness activities to earn at least 1,000 points.

Don’t Forget!

If you don’t enroll, your current benefits elections will carry over to 2025, except your FSA and HSA elections; you must re-enroll in those plans to participate in 2025. If you’re currently enrolled in a Parsons medical plan, be sure to complete the wellness activities by December 31, 2024 to receive the 2025 wellness credit. If you enroll in Parsons medical coverage after September 30, 2024, or during open enrollment, you can earn a partial wellness credit starting in 2025. To waive coverage, you must decline coverage during 2025 Open Enrollment. Review your beneficiaries to be sure they’re up to date.
