The information contained in this presentation applies to most Parsons employees. However, please refer to your Benefit Guide located in your Workday Benefits Library for the specific benefits available to you.
Take Note
- You must enroll to have medical and dental coverage for 2023.
- Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account elections do not roll over; you must re-enroll to participate in 2023.
- To waive coverage, you must decline coverage during Open Enrollment.
- Review your beneficiaries.

What’s New For 2023
We’ve looked across all our benefit offerings in response to what you told us is important to you. After thorough analysis, we have selected Anthem and MetLife as our national carriers for medical and dental coverage. We are even enhancing our voluntary supplemental health benefits plans by switching from Unum to MetLife, as well as changing wellness providers from WebMD to Sharecare, which offers an interactive and simple platform for all of your health and wellness needs while earning those much-deserved wellness incentive dollars along the way!
We are also thrilled to be able to offer additional financial wellness offerings that were announced last month to our current and future employees to further invest in your future, while providing you with world-class medical and dental carriers and coverage.
You must take action to enroll or waive coverage
2023 Open Enrollment begins October 31 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET November 13, 2022. ALL employees need to take action during the open enrollment period.
