  • You are responsible for all medical and pharmacy out-of-pocket expenses, until you reach the deductible.
  • Once you meet your deductible requirements, the plan coinsurance and copays will apply.
  • These plans combine a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a special, tax-qualified Health Savings Account (HSA). You can contribute tax-free money to your HSA up to IRS maximums. The money in your account is yours to pay for current health care expenses — or you can save toward future health care expenses.
  • If you enroll in the HSA Plus Plan, you receive a Company contribution to your HSA, which you can use to pay for eligible health care expenses that you may have now or in the future.

  • Supplemental health benefits are available to help with out-of-pocket heath care expenses.
  • As a member of the PPO plan, you’ll be encouraged to use Anthem’s network of preferred doctors. You are not required to select a primary care physician.
  • No matter which health care provider you choose, in-network health care services will be covered at a higher benefit level than out-of-network services.
  • It’s important to check if your provider accepts your health plan so you receive the highest level of benefit coverage.

Parsons has elected to partner with SaveOnSP and Express Scripts to assist with saving money on specialty medication costs. SaveOnSP is a company made up of a team of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry experts. They offer innovative and specialty support services that are focused on delivering cost savings to plans and their members. If your specialty medication is eligible for SaveOnSP, they will be reaching out to you by mailing a letter to your home address on file with Express Scripts or through outbound calls. SaveOnSP will need to speak with you to complete the manufacturer copay assistance program’s enrollment process to ensure that your specialty medication will be reduced to a cost as little as $0.00.  SaveOnSP will also continuously monitor your pharmacy account to ensure that you are able to obtain all available manufacturer savings on your specialty medications. SaveOnSP is a business associate of its client’s group health plans and complies with all applicable HIPAA requirements.

This offering is available at no cost to you. For eligible employees and dependents, Teladoc programs are not subject to any copayments, coinsurance or deductibles.

Teladoc Health’s Chronic Condition Management Plus and Weight Management programs support members managing prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, weight and/or mental health challenges to help improve health outcomes. Members who meet the eligibility requirements will have access to connected health-monitoring devices, certified health coaches and support from physicians and mental health specialists. Members enrolled for diabetes management will receive a blood glucose meter, lancing device, test strips and lancets. Members also receive access to the member website and mobile app, where they can personalize the program, access mental health and wellness digital programs and tools.

  • DIABETES MANAGEMENT PLUS—requires diagnosis of type 1 or type 2

Doctors you see online can help you with common conditions, such as the flu, a cold, fever, and rashes. Doctors are available 24/7 with no appointments or long wait times. During an online video visit, doctors can assess your condition, give medical advice, and send prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice, if needed.

If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, or having trouble coping with problems at home or at work, you can talk with a therapist online. In most cases, you can set up a secure visit seven days a week. You can also schedule a visit with a psychiatrist for support on managing your medication.

Virtual Primary Care is a great solution if you don’t yet have a relationship with a primary care doctor or would like to seek primary care virtually. You can choose an Anthem virtual primary care doctor and see that doctor virtually for all of your health care needs, sick visits, regular check-ups, preventive care, on-going condition care, and referrals when needed.

Finding care when you need it matters. That’s why the Sydney Health app connects you to a team of doctors ready to help you on your time. There are two secure ways to find no- or low-cost virtual care through the app:

  1. Have a video visit or chat with a doctor without an appointment.
    – Urgent care support for minor health matters, such as allergies, a cold, or the flu
    – New prescriptions for things like coughs and sinus infections
  2. Schedule a virtual primary care appointment.
    – Routine care, including wellness check-ins and prescription refills
